My Story
My interest in women's health issues stemmed from my own struggles with very severe menstrual pain. I discovered acupuncture during my search for alternative and non-hormonal ways to manage my health. It really opened my eyes to a whole new medical system, and I found myself wanting to know everything about it! I had such a positive experience, that it led me to shift my career path from Speech Pathology to Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, where I have been hanging out ever since!
I whole-heartedly believe in this medicine, and especially in its ability to address women's health concerns, when it so often feels like we aren't being heard, and when we can feel so limited with biomedical treatment options.
It is my mission to help lift women up, serve as a catalyst for women to learn to heal, and to try my best to do so in a way that is filled with compassion, love, and support.
I received my master's degree from Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture, graduating with honors in 2016. I continued my herbal medicine credentialing at Won Institute of Graduate Studies, and then continued on to complete my doctoral degree from Pacific College of Health & Sciences.
I have been in private practice since 2016, and also spent 3 years part-time and on-site at CNY Fertility Center.
